Cities: Skylines - Patchnotes für Snowfall-DLC, nicht mit allen Mods kompatibel

Paradox Interactive haben die Patchnotes für die Winter-Erweiterung Snowfall veröffentlicht. Das Update fügt auch dem Grundspiel einige kostenlose Features hinzu. Nach dem Update sind jedoch nicht mehr alle Mods kompatibel mit dem Spiel.

Cities: Skylines erhält mit dem Snowfall-DLC drei neue Winter-Maps. Aber auch ohne DLC werden dem Spiel einige Features mit dem neuen Patch hinzugefügt. Das Städte-Aufbau- und Simulations-Spiel Cities: Skylines erhält am 18. Februar den kostenpflichtigen DLC Snowfall (12,99 Euro), der dem Spiel winterliche Karten, Schnee und neue Spieloptionen hinzufügt. Paradox Interactive haben vorab die offiziellen Patchnotes und neue Hinweise zum morgigen Release veröffentlicht.

Das Download-Paket soll im Laufe des Nachmittags verfügbar sein - die Entwickler merken jedoch an, dass das an sonsten sehr modfreudige Spiel nach dem Patch nicht mehr mit allen Mods kompatibel sein wird. Laut eigenen Aussagen habe man mit vielen Mod-Entwicklern gesprochen und Details geklärt, doch ein paar bekannte Mods hätte man nicht rechtzeitig zum Start des DLCs funktionsfähig bekommen. Darunter die beliebte Mod Traffic++. Hier hätte man den Entwickler nicht erreicht. Ansonsten sollen aber keine größeren Probleme auftauchen.
