Die fünfte und letzte Episode der Adventure-Staffel führt Guybrush Threepwood in die Unterwelt, denn er ist tot. Als Geist rätselt er sich zurück unter die Lebenden, um Elaine endlich zu befreien. Der dramatische Endkampf mit dem dämonischen LeChuck überzeugt, davor liegen aber wieder mal halbgare und anspruchslose Rätsel. Kein Höhepunkt, sondern ein eher lustloser Abschluss.
