Die Informationen stammen von dem User Sammuthegreat, der im Rahmen der Eurogamer Expo 2011 die Gelegenheit hatte sich intensiv mit dem Charakter-Editor des Rollenspiels zu beschäftigen. Ob die angegebenen Rassen-Fertigkeiten und Perks denen des fertigen Spiels entsprechen und ob die Auflistungen vollständig sind, ist allerdings nicht klar.

Abhängig von der gewählten Rasse, erhält der Charakter des Spielers unterschiedliche Fertigkeiten. Während Hoch-Elfen die Magie-Ressource »Magicka« schneller als alle anderen Rassen regenerieren, beherrschen die Nord einen Kampf-Schrei. Hier nun die vollständige Liste der Rassen-Fertigkeiten.

Orcs: Berserker
Redguards: Adrenaline Rush
Wood Elf: Resist poison, resisit disease, command animals
Nord: Battlecry
Khajiit: Night-eye, claw attacks
Imperial: Voice of the Emperor, find more coins when looting
High Elf: Regenerate Magicka more quickly
Dark Elf: Ancestor’s Wrath (surround self in fire), resist fire
Breton: Dragonskin (absorb spells), resist shock
Argonians: Histskin (regenerate health quickly), resist disease, breathe underwater

Zusätzlich kann der Spieler in zwölf verschiedenen Kategorien »Perks« verteilen, die Fertigkeiten verbessern oder andere Boni für den gewählten Charakter gewähren. Einige davon lassen sich über mehrere Ränge stetig ausbauen und so verstärken.
