Longbowmen get 1.25 bonus damage vs. heavy infantry

Organ Guns get +10% damage, +2 range, and +4 LOS

Ottomans
Abus guns get 0.75 damage vs. artillery

* Fixed population problems created by a number of Home City cards, most notably the German Uhlans.
